1. How does the design that you created demonstrate your knowledge of Magazine Design and the parts of a magazine cover and interior? The magazine interior and cover demonstrates knowledge of Magazine design by using techniques we have learned in class previously. Some include font pairing, color schemes, comprehension of tools on adobe illustrator. Some tools include the pen tool and clipping mask tool. Also, both the interior and exterior have all required magazine features that we learned.

In what ways does your magazine connect to the corporate identity of the magazine?What are some design queues that you used from the existing magazine?

The magazine that I designed connects the corporate identity of the magazine because it is simple, sophisticated, and appealing to the eye- just like Vogue. I used the Vogue font, Bodoni xt, along with times new roman a common font for vogue text.

3. How did you like working with a partner? How do you think working with a partner makes the design process easier and more difficult? Contrary to popular belief, I enjoyed working with a partner, for I always had someone to consult with. Also, more ideas arise with two people as opposed to one person.

4. Looking at your partner’s design, if you were to design your partner’s portion by yourself how would it look different? It wouldn’t look significantly different because we both came up with ideas for both components of the magazine.

5.Describe the ideal partner (co-worker / co –designer)?An ideal co-designer is someone who is honest, flexible, and kind.
